Weekly Message April 21, 2024

Dear Beloved Parishioners,

As we stand on the threshold of Holy Week, I am filled with reverence and gratitude for the journey we have undertaken together throughout Lent. This final week preceding Holy Week holds a special significance in our spiritual calendar. It is a time of intensified prayer, fasting, and contemplation as we prepare our hearts to enter into the profound mysteries of Christ's Passion, Death, and Resurrection. 

During this sacred week, let us redouble our efforts to draw closer to God through prayer and self-examination. Let us reflect on our journey of repentance thus far and commit ourselves anew to lives of holiness and service. 

As we anticipate the solemnity of Holy Week, may we approach each day with humility and gratitude, mindful of the immense love and sacrifice demonstrated by our Lord Jesus Christ. 

Together, let us embrace this final leg of our Lenten journey, seeking to deepen our faith and strengthen our resolve to live as faithful disciples of Christ. May the grace and peace of our Lord be with you as we prepare to enter into the holiest time of the Christian year.
