This fall, Saints Constantine and Helen Cathedral invites you to
Iconography and the Orthodox Church, a seven-part Adult Education Series meeting
Wednesdays at 6:30 PM from October 7 through November 18.
Together, we will explore the theology, symbolism, and spiritual meaning of Orthodox icons and learn how to “read” them as expressions of the faith and worship of the Church. Using the icons found throughout our own Cathedral, the series will examine Christ, the Theotokos, the Apostles, the Saints, the Passion and Resurrection, and Saints Constantine and Helen.
All are welcome, and no prior knowledge of iconography is needed
