Dear Beloved Parishioners,

As we approach the blessed Saturday of Lazarus, I am reminded of the profound significance this feast holds. It marks the miraculous resurrection of Lazarus by our Lord Jesus Christ, a momentous event that foreshadows His own resurrection and victory over death.

Saint Lazarus himself is a symbol of hope and renewal, demonstrating the transformative power of Christ's love. His story inspires us to trust in the promise of resurrection and to embrace the light of Christ even in the darkest of times. One of the most special memories that I have is visiting the Church of Saint Lazarus in Larnaca, Cyprus, and having the opportunity to venerate his holy relics.

This Saturday, we invite you to join us for a special service commemorating the Raising of Lazarus. Following the service, we will gather together as a community to fold palms in preparation for Palm Sunday. This tradition not only connects us with the rich heritage of our faith but also strengthens the bonds of fellowship among us.

Let us come together in prayer and celebration, honoring the memory of Saint Lazarus and anticipating the glorious feast of Palm Sunday and the triumphant entry of our Lord into Jerusalem.
