It is our great honor, in commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of the Cathedral of SS Constantine and Helen that His Beatitude Archbishop of Athens and All Greece Ieronymos and His Eminence Archbishop Demetrios of America will be making an official visit for the Feast Day of the Cathedral.

Feast Program:

Monday evening, May 20th, a Hierarchical Great Vespers will be celebrated at 7:00PM chanted by the Byzantine Choir of the Archdiocese followed by pastries offered by our Philoptohos…

Tuesday, May 21st, His Beatitude Archbishop of Athens and All Greece Ieronymos and His Eminence Archbishop Demetrios of America will be co-celebrating the Hierarchical Divine Liturgy. The Orthros will start at 8:30AM and the Divine Liturgy will begin at 9:300AM. The Divine Liturgy will be chanted by the Byzantine Choir of the Archdiocese.

Είναι μεγάλη τιμή μας να υποδεχτούμε τον Μακαριότατο Αρχιεπίσκοπο Αθηνών και πάσης Ελλάδος κ.κ. Ιερώνυμο μαζί με το Σεβασμιώτατο Αρχιεπίσκοπο Αμερικής κ.κ. Δημήτριο για την πανήγυρη των Αγίων Κωνσταντίνου και Ελένης και επ’ ευκαιρία της εκατονταετηρίδας του Καθεδρικού μας ναού.

Πρόγραμμα της εορτής

Την Δευτέρα βράδυ, 20 Μαίου, θα τελεσθεί Μέγας Αρχιερατικός Εσπερινός στις 7μμ, και θα ψάλλουν μέλη της Βυζαντινής Χορωδίας της Αρχιεπισκοπής. Μετά την ακολουθία, η φιλόπτωχος θα προσφέρει γλυκά στο εκκλησίασμα στην αίθουσα της εκκλησίας.

Την Τρίτη, 21 Μαίου, ο Μακαριώτατος Αρχιεπίσκοπος Αθηνών και πάσης Ελλάδος κ.κ. Ιερώνυμος και ο Σεβασμιώτατος Αρχιεπίσκοπος Αμερικής κ. Δημήτριος θα τελέσουν Αρχιερατικό Συλλείτουργο στον Καθεδρικό ναό μας. Ο Όρθρος θα αρχίσει στις 8:30πμ και η Θεία Λειτουργία στις 10:00πμ. Θα ψάλλουν τα μέλη της Βυζαντινής Χορωδίας της Αρχιεπισκοπής.
